We offer fun, free, drop-in classes at our Health & Wellness Center.
Come for part of a class, stay for the whole time, or simply observe a class to learn more about it. Find both activity and calm in any of our classes!

Qigong
Every Saturday at 1pm

Qigong is a series of gentle physical movements that reduces stress, calms the mind and spirit, increases energy and promotes good health.
Students will learn basic warm up exercises, and simple acupressure self-massage to help strengthen the body and relax the muscles.
Every Body Can Move!
2nd Saturdays at 11am
A class for all abilities and disabilities to help adults enjoy movement, feel capable, and improve mobility, inviting you to explore the possibilities that you didn't even know were there! Classes are small and usually include custom movements based on the person’s ability and disability. Taught by Jerri Miner, MA, who brings decades of experience teaching adaptive physical education and qigong.
Boxing Basics & Dynamic Movement
Every Thursday at 7pm
No experience or equipment required, this class delivers great cardio fitness, builds confidence, offers stress relief, and supports self-defense through an introduction to boxing and dynamic movement. ​
Gentle Yoga
Every Saturday at 12pm
This class will start in a chair and provide gentle movement, breath instruction and stillness practices to support your system to slow down, to promote calm, ease and flow in the body, mind and heart.
Healing Sound
3rd Thursdays at 6pm (during Qigong)
Minna brings healing sounds to the Qigong class once a month on Thursdays at 6pm. She brings singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments to create a calming and healing atmosphere during class
Dance Classes
1st & 3rd Saturdays at 11:15am
Come and dance with us to music from around the world—salsa, bachata, cumbia, reggae, and more! Bring a yoga mat.
