Make an appointment for any of our services: acupuncture, chiropractic, massage therapy, osteopathy, life coaching, or occupational therapy.
All our appointments are completely free—no insurance required.

Wellness Center FAQs
To make an appointment, please call or text us at 510-646-3100 or 341-333-8595. You can also email us at [email protected]. We usually reply within 24 hours.
Not at this time, as we are working to ensure appointment access for everyone.
Often we have openings on a clinic day due to last minute-cancellations.
You can call us on a clinic day (Thursday or Saturday) if you are in need of an appointment to see if we have an opening. If you are at the clinic for a class or you just want to pop in and see if there is an opening, you can check in with front desk staff and let them know.
When we have an appointment opening we will contact people on our waitlist. We will call or text a few people to fill openings and give the appointment to the first person able to confirm.
If you have an appointment but are unable to come, please call the Clinic Phone (510-646-3100 or 341-333-8595) as soon as you can so that we may make that slot available to another patient.
If you miss two appointments without cancelling or notifying us at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will be unable to make another appointment for a period of two months.
Kenia and Sophia are our wonderful administrative assistants and they check the phones at the end of the day Monday through Friday. You can more easily reach us in real time during clinic hours on Thursday evenings and Saturdays during the day.
All appointments are completely free.
We have a generous grant that supports us to offer all of our services for free for 3 years, and also to pay our providers and teachers, rent a beautiful clinic space, get supplies, and make sure we have what we need to provide comprehensive services. We accept donations and are applying to other grants to keep our services going.
No insurance needed! We do not take any insurance information.
We only need your name, phone and email address and for your to sign a consent. It is optional for you to provide your birthdate, email, phone number, and health history.
Anyone, as long as they are 18 years or older, can come in for an appointment; we do not have specific qualifications for our services.
We do not provide services to children (under 18 years of age) at this time.
This will be determined by your provider(s) as part of your plan of care. You can have 3 appointments scheduled at a time.
You can bring your child to your appointment or class; however we do not provide treatment to children. We do not provide any childcare and cannot be responsible for your children.
Our providers are all licensed and experienced in their various fields. They are professional, compassionate and skillful.
We are partners with LifeLong Medical; they refer folks to us and we can also refer folks to LifeLong. Family Medical Residents come to observe our work and learn about integrative medicine and our various modalities on a regular basis.
Our providers speak English, Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese), Farsi, and Vietnamese.
Yes, all of our treatment rooms are private rooms. Your information and status are safe with us. We have a security guard at the entrance of the building. All the staff and volunteers are trained in compliance with HIPAA law.
There is a parking lot adjacent to the Center.
